Acquisition of 24 Modern Cessna 206H Survey-Ready Aircraft

The aircraft are all recent models with an average age from the mid-2000s. They are equipped with modern factory-installed Garmin avionics, pre-equipped with Straight Flight 20” camera ports, and have extended fuel modifications. They are ideal platforms for a wide range of specialized sensors, including high-resolution lidar and camera sensors.

"This acquisition is a major step forward in our mission to provide unparalleled service and responsiveness to our clients in their respective locations," said Paul Rossouw, CEO at Revolution Flight. "The Cessna 206 is a proven, reliable 'low and slow' platform, perfectly suited for detailed data acquisition. By strategically locating these aircraft throughout North America and internationally, we will be able to deploy quickly and efficiently wherever our clients need us with the lowest possible mobilization costs.”

“Adding these 206 platforms to our existing fleet of 26 Cessna 208 Caravans and Supervans enables us to provide our clients with the right platform for any geospatial or geophysical survey project.” says Patrick McConnell, VP of Business Development.  “These assets will be strategically placed around the country to facilitate fast response and lower mobilization costs for our clients.”
